Description en français: Nos olives sont moulinées ensemble avec les bergamotes pour donner à notre huile un goût floral typique, fruité avec des notes d’orange et une pointe d’acidité. C’est grâce à un taux d’huile essentielle très élevé que nous obtenons cet arôme très particulier et unique.

Utilisation: Sur un carpaccio de boeuf, un blanc de poulet fermier, un tartare de saumon ou du fromage frais! Donne une touche finale à votre mezze oriental!

Ingrédients: 97% huile d’olive et 3% agrumes.
