Description en français: Nos olives sont moulinées ensemble avec les yuzus pour donner à notre huile un goût et une saveur acidulée à mi-chemin entre un citron vert et une mandarine. Un parfum du Japon indescriptible!

Utilisation: Sur un tartare de thon, de la viande blanche froide, sur un carpaccio de champignons ou dans une sauce avec du jus d’agrumes et/ou de la sauce soja!

Ingrédients: 96% huile d’olive et 4% agrumes.
